Identify<\/h2>\n<p>The first step is to talk to people you trust. Word of mouth is the best way to identify candidates. Sometimes people don\u2019t get along, have different care philosophies or have a simple misunderstanding. In the heat of the moment, people can go online and say things that are harsh or unfair.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Location. Location.
